Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Find the failed part before replacing equipment

Age, weather, and demand can reveal different problems

A worn switch can look like a pump failure, while a leaking line can make good equipment run too long. TLC checks each connected part.

Washington Township includes Bristol-area homes and properties along rural roads. Some systems have older controls, long lines, garages, barns, or outdoor water points that change the pressure pattern.

You receive a direct explanation of what was found and why the repair is needed. TLC focuses first on the part that will restore dependable water.

Small warnings and full outages

Six Washington Township water problems to check

A change in flow, sound, color, taste, or odor may be the first warning. TLC follows the symptom through the equipment and lines.

The property has no water

When a Washington home or building goes dry, TLC works from the power supply through the well system until the cause is clear.

Flow returns after a break

Water that comes back only after no one uses it can mean the system is not keeping up. TLC checks the pump, well, tank, filters, and underground line to find what is holding the system back.

The pump runs in short bursts

Short cycling at a Washington home adds pump wear. The tank, switch, controls, leak, or another water use may be the cause.

The pump runs too long

Long run times in Washington can come from a leak, weak pump, damaged line, heavy use, or a well problem.

Outdoor use weakens the house

A hose, garden, irrigation, or another building can reveal a Washington pump, tank, line, or flow problem during heavy use.

Water quality changes quickly

A new color, smell, taste, or gritty feel in Washington water should be tested. The results point to the useful treatment.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Talk about the change

TLC asks what you noticed, when it began, and what happens when water is used in the home.

  2. Check each likely part

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Confirm the cause

The results show which part is causing the problem and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and repair

TLC explains the findings, answers your questions, and completes the work you approve.

Safe clues before the visit

Notice the change without opening equipment

You can leave testing and repair to TLC. Share observations about the pump, water, weather, and affected places.

01

The first small change

Try to recall whether weak flow, a new sound, cloudy water, or a breaker trip came first at the Washington property.

02

What happens during use

Notice the Washington pressure during a shower, wash cycle, hose use, or two open fixtures. Stop if the pump strains.

03

Leaks you can see

Look near the Washington tank, well head, line entry, and treatment units. Do not open electrical boxes.

04

Water in a clear glass

A clear glass can show Washington grit, color, bubbles, or an oily look. A photo may help if the change comes and goes.

Washington Township well-service questions

Answers for common well and water concerns

Can TLC respond to a Washington Township well emergency at night?

Yes. TLC provides 24/7 help when a Washington home has no water, the pump will not stop, or a breaker keeps tripping. Call (574) 314-2447.

Does a dry faucet mean the pump is bad?

Not always. A Washington outage can begin with a switch, tank, wire, control, line, or well. TLC checks the system before recommending a pump.

Can older well equipment still be repaired?

Often, yes. TLC checks the tank, switch, controls, pump, fittings, and lines. We explain replacement only when a part is worn out or repair is not sound.

Can low pressure be fixed without a new pump?

Yes, in many cases. A Washington tank, switch, valve, pipe, filter, softener, leak, or well may be limiting flow. TLC finds the cause first.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, taste, or odor?

Yes. TLC can check the Washington well system and help arrange testing. The results guide filters, softeners, purification, or chlorination.

When should a Washington Township well be inspected?

Plan a Washington equipment inspection each year. Call sooner if pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor changes. Indiana also recommends yearly well-water testing.
