Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Local help when your water changes

TLC checks the full system so you get the right repair

Your symptom may begin with the pump, tank, switch, water line, well, or treatment equipment. TLC follows the problem through the system before recommending work.

A home can lose water because of the switch, tank, wiring, water line, well, or pump. TLC checks each likely cause before replacing equipment.

TLC serves homeowners throughout the Mishawaka area and nearby St. Joseph County. You get a local team that explains the problem clearly and focuses on the repair your home needs.

What changed at your Mishawaka home?

Six common signs of a well or pump problem

Tell us what changed at the faucet or around the well equipment. TLC will check the parts that could be causing it.

The entire home has no water

Dry faucets can result from the power, controls, pump, tank, water line, or well. TLC finds the cause before any part is replaced.

Pressure falls as demand grows

Pressure that falls during daily use may point to the tank, pump, pipes, filter, well, or a leak somewhere in the system.

The system cycles or runs too long

Fast cycling adds wear to the pump. A pump that never stops may be fighting a leak, blocked pipe, or well problem.

The breaker trips or nothing starts

If the breaker trips again, leave it off and call TLC. The wiring, motor, controls, or pump may have a problem that needs repair.

Air spits from the faucets

Air that does not clear may come from the pump, supply line, well, or work recently completed on the system.

Color, taste, odor, or particles change

New stains, odors, taste, or sediment are reasons to test the water and check the well system.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes a Mishawaka well problem

TLC follows four clear steps to find the problem and get the water working again.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks what changed, when it began, and where you notice the problem.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, pressure switch, controls, pipes, and filters used in the home.

  3. Find the cause

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains the problem, reviews the repair, and completes the work needed to restore steady water.

Useful clues before the first call

Four simple things to notice before you call

You only need to describe what you notice. TLC will ask simple questions and inspect the system from there.

01

Reach

Check whether the problem affects one faucet, both hot and cold water, or every fixture in the house.

02

Timing

Did the problem start at once, grow over time, or get worse during showers, laundry, or watering?

03

Sound

Listen for fast clicks, humming, running water, or a pump that never seems to stop.

04

Recent events

Think about leaks, power loss, storms, freezing, digging, plumbing work, or recent well service.

Mishawaka private well questions

Clear answers before you arrange service

Does TLC offer 24/7 emergency well repair in Mishawaka?

Yes. TLC provides same-day availability and 24/7 response for urgent private-well problems in the Mishawaka area. Call (574) 314-2447 when the entire household has no water or the system is leaking or causing damage.

Can TLC help with a sudden loss of pressure?

Yes. We check the pump, pressure tank, switch, controls, pipes, and well to learn why the flow became weak.

Why does pressure drop when more than one fixture runs?

The tank, switch, pump, pipes, filters, a leak, or the well may not keep up with the demand. TLC tests the system before recommending a repair.

Is frequent clicking harmful to the well pump?

Yes. Fast cycling adds wear to the pump. The tank, switch, controls, or a hidden leak may be causing the extra starts.

Can TLC inspect a well before I buy a Mishawaka-area home?

Yes. TLC can check the equipment, pressure, and pump operation before a purchase. The buyer should arrange a separate test of the water, too.

Can TLC help when the well water stains fixtures or smells unusual?

Yes. TLC can inspect the system and help choose the proper water test. The results show whether a filter, softener, purification system, or chlorination may help.

Do not wait for weak pressure to become no water

Have the Mishawaka well system checked while the warning signs are still small.

Call TLC when your Mishawaka well water changes. We will check the system, explain what we find, and help restore dependable water.
