Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Get an answer before replacing parts

TLC checks the full path from the well to the faucet

A problem with the tank, pump, switch, controls, water line, well, or treatment equipment can create the same pressure or outage symptoms.

Homes around Millersburg may have longer water lines or serve a garage, barn, and outdoor connections along with the house. TLC checks where the flow changes and how the pump responds.

The inspection ends with a clear repair plan. TLC explains which part failed, whether another issue is involved, and what work will restore dependable water.

Problems that point to the well system

Six signs a Millersburg-area property needs TLC

You do not need to know whether the pump, tank, or well is responsible. Describe the symptom and TLC will check the likely causes.

The house and barn are dry

A failure in the main power, controls, pump, tank, water line, or well can stop water across the property.

Only one building loses pressure

A branch valve, leak, frozen section, long line, or heavy use may affect one building more than the main system.

Flow weakens after several minutes

The pump, tank, well, pipe, filter, or a leak may keep the system from maintaining steady water during use.

The pump runs day and night

A nonstop pump may be chasing a leak or unable to reach pressure because of a worn part, blocked line, or well problem.

The well head looks damaged

Cracked parts, loose fittings, vehicle damage, digging, or frost can harm the well head and expose the system to more trouble.

Water changes after a repair

Cloudiness or air after work may clear, but a change that remains should be checked and may need a water test.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes a Millersburg well problem

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system actually needs.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks what changed, when it started, and what happens when you use the water.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, water lines, and treatment equipment.

  3. Find the cause

The checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains what was found, answers your questions, and completes the repair you approve.

Four clues help TLC find a problem more quickly

A simple description of where the water fails and what the pump does is enough to begin. TLC handles the technical work.

01

Buildings affected

Tell TLC whether the water problem reaches the house, garage, barn, outdoor faucets, or only one part of the property.

02

Time before pressure falls

Notice whether pressure is weak right away or fades after several minutes of showers, cleaning, or other water use.

03

Pump run pattern

Listen for a quick series of starts, a very long run, a hum with no flow, or silence when pressure is low.

04

Leaks or ground changes

Look for damp ground, soft spots, unusual plant growth, or a new sound near the well head and known water-line path.

Millersburg well-service questions

Answers for pressure, pump, and water-line trouble

Can TLC help when a Millersburg property has no water?

Yes. TLC offers 24/7 emergency service for a complete outage and other urgent failures. Call (574) 314-2447 and explain which buildings are affected.

Why does one outbuilding have less pressure?

A closed valve, small or long pipe, leak, freeze, or higher demand may be involved. TLC checks that branch and the main system before recommending changes.

Can an underground leak make the pump run nonstop?

Yes. Water escaping along a supply line can keep the system from reaching shutoff pressure. Turn off the pump if the leak is severe and call TLC.

Can TLC replace a damaged well head?

TLC repairs well-head parts and connected fittings. The technician also checks whether the damage affected the line, wiring, or water quality.

How often should the pressure tank be checked?

Include the tank in the annual well-system inspection. Call sooner if the pressure surges, the pump clicks frequently, or water flow changes.

Can TLC help choose a filter or softener?

Yes. Start with the water problem and the proper test. TLC can explain whether filtration, softening, purification, or chlorination fits the results.
