Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

One system may serve many daily needs

TLC checks how water moves across the property

When the house and another building share well equipment, a valve, branch line, leak, or heavy demand can change the flow in only one place or everywhere at once.

Lincoln Township includes in-town homes near Walkerton and rural properties where a system may also serve a barn, shop, garden, or livestock waterer. TLC checks each affected area and the main equipment that supports it.

You get a simple explanation of what failed and how the repair will restore service. TLC also tells you if pressure storage, controls, or another worn part could cause the problem to return.

Problems that interrupt home and chores

Six Lincoln Township water warnings to take seriously

The first clue may be a weak shower, slow waterer, or clicking pressure switch. TLC checks the system before a smaller issue becomes a full outage.

The home has no water

TLC checks the power, controls, pump, pressure tank, water line, and well when every faucet in a Lincoln home is dry.

Pressure fades during use

A shower that starts strong and turns weak may point to the tank, pump, pipes, filters, well, or a hidden leak. Water used at a barn, shop, or outdoor connection may make the pressure loss easier to see.

The pump starts too often

Fast clicking and short pump runs at a Lincoln home can come from a tank, switch, control, or leak. Early service can help protect the pump.

The pump will not stop

A Lincoln pump that runs after the water is off may be fighting a leak, worn part, pressure problem, or a well that cannot keep up.

Air spits from faucets

Air that keeps returning at a Lincoln home can come from the pump, supply line, well, or recent plumbing work. TLC checks where it enters the system.

Color, taste, or odor changes

Cloudiness, stains, grit, a metal taste, or a new smell in Lincoln calls for a system check and the right water test before treatment is chosen.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Ask what changed

TLC asks when the problem began, what happens when you use water, and whether it affects the whole home.

  2. Check the system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, water lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Find the problem

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is making it worse.

  4. Explain and fix it

TLC explains what was found, answers your questions, and completes the repair you approve.

Clues from normal chores and water use

Notice where the problem appears first

You do not need gauges or technical terms. Tell TLC which areas lose water, what the pump sounds like, and when the pressure changes.

01

Where it happens

Check whether every fixture has the same problem at the Lincoln home. Also check one room, any outbuilding, and water after a filter or softener.

02

When it began

Think about whether the Lincoln change was sudden, grew slowly, or appeared after a storm, power loss, freeze, repair, or filter change.

03

What the pump does

Listen for fast clicking, humming, shaking, long run times, or silence from the pump at the Lincoln home.

04

What makes it worse

Notice whether showers, laundry, outdoor use, or several fixtures running together make pressure fall in the Lincoln home.

Lincoln Township well-service questions

Clear answers for common well and water problems

Does TLC offer 24/7 well repair in Lincoln Township?

Yes. Call (574) 314-2447 when a Lincoln home has no water, the pump will not stop, the breaker keeps tripping, or another well problem cannot wait.

Does no water always mean the pump failed?

No. A Lincoln home can lose water because of a switch, tank, wire, control, supply line, or well problem. TLC checks the system before recommending a new pump.

Can TLC check a system that serves a house and barn?

Yes. TLC checks the shared pump and tank, then the lines and valves serving each building. This shows whether the issue is in the main system or one branch.

Can TLC fix weak pressure without replacing the pump?

Often, yes. The cause at a Lincoln property may be the tank, switch, filter, pipe, valve, leak, or well. TLC finds what limits the flow before discussing replacement.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, or a sulfur smell?

Yes. TLC can check the Lincoln well system and help arrange a water test. Results show whether a filter, softener, purification system, or chlorination may help.

How often should a Lincoln Township private well be checked?

Have Lincoln well equipment inspected each year. Call sooner after a change in pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor. Indiana also recommends a water test every year.
