Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Practical help for a rural water problem

The trouble may be at the well, in the home, or along the line

Long underground runs and several water connections give a system more places to lose pressure. TLC checks the main equipment and follows the flow to the area that is affected.

Liberty Township properties may include a home, pole barn, workshop, garden, or outdoor water point. Cold weather and ground work can also expose a weak fitting or buried line. TLC checks those possibilities without assuming the pump has failed.

Once the cause is clear, TLC explains the repair in simple terms. You learn what stopped the water, how it can be fixed, and whether any worn part should be addressed at the same time.

Water changes that need a closer look

Six Liberty Township well-system warning signs

A rural water problem may show up in one building before another. Tell TLC where it begins and whether it changes during heavier use.

Every fixture is dry

TLC checks the pump system in a clear order when a Liberty property loses water, so a failed switch or line is not mistaken for a bad pump.

Water returns after a rest

If flow comes back only after no one uses water, the system may not be meeting demand. The cause may be weak recovery, limited pressure storage, heavy demand, or water lost along a line.

The pump cycles in short bursts

Short cycling at a Liberty home places extra wear on the pump. The cause may be the tank, switch, controls, a leak, or other water use.

The pump runs for too long

Long pump runs in Liberty can signal lost pressure, a weak pump, a damaged line, heavy demand, or a well that needs to be checked.

Outdoor use hurts indoor flow

Outdoor water use in Liberty can make indoor flow weak. A hose or another building may reveal a pump, tank, line, or capacity problem.

The water suddenly seems different

A new color, taste, smell, or gritty feel in Liberty water should be tested before a treatment unit is chosen.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Ask what changed

TLC asks when the problem began, what happens when you use water, and whether it affects the whole home.

  2. Check the system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, water lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Find the problem

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is making it worse.

  4. Explain and fix it

TLC explains what was found, answers your questions, and completes the repair you approve.

Simple checks from a safe distance

A few clues help TLC trace the trouble

Do not open controls or pull equipment apart. Safe observations from around the home and property are enough to start the service visit.

01

The first warning

Try to recall the first change at the Liberty property, such as weak pressure, a new sound, cloudy water, or a breaker trip.

02

The busy-water test

At the Liberty home, notice what happens when a shower, washer, hose, or two fixtures run. Stop if the pump strains or pressure drops badly.

03

Visible leaks

Look for water near the Liberty pressure tank, well head, basement entry, or softener. Do not open electrical controls.

04

Water appearance

Set aside a clear glass if the Liberty water has grit, color, bubbles, or an oily look. A photo may help show a change that comes and goes.

Liberty Township well-service questions

Clear answers for common well and water problems

Does TLC offer 24/7 well repair in Liberty Township?

Yes. Call (574) 314-2447 when a Liberty home has no water, the pump will not stop, the breaker keeps tripping, or another well problem cannot wait.

Does no water always mean the pump failed?

No. A Liberty home can lose water because of a switch, tank, wire, control, supply line, or well problem. TLC checks the system before recommending a new pump.

Can a frozen or leaking line cause a full outage?

Yes. A damaged underground or exposed line can release pressure faster than the pump can build it. TLC checks the line and the pump system before replacing equipment.

Can TLC fix weak pressure without replacing the pump?

Often, yes. The cause at a Liberty property may be the tank, switch, filter, pipe, valve, leak, or well. TLC finds what limits the flow before discussing replacement.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, or a sulfur smell?

Yes. TLC can check the Liberty well system and help arrange a water test. Results show whether a filter, softener, purification system, or chlorination may help.

How often should a Liberty Township private well be checked?

Have Liberty well equipment inspected each year. Call sooner after a change in pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor. Indiana also recommends a water test every year.
