Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

TLC checks the full system

A pump is only one possible cause of a water problem

The pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, filters, or well can all stop water or lower pressure. TLC checks the likely causes before replacing equipment.

Indian Village has many established homes on compact lots. Well equipment may be in a basement, crawlspace, or tight work area. TLC checks the system carefully without adding needless work.

You get a clear explanation of what failed and what it will take to fix it. TLC also points out any maintenance or testing that may help later.

Changes an Indian Village homeowner can notice

Six signs that your Indian Village well needs help

Notice what happens before, during, and after you use water. TLC will use those clues to find the cause.

Water stops without warning

The cause may be the power, controls, pump, tank, water line, or well. TLC checks the full system.

Pressure rises and falls

The tank, switch, controls, pipes, or pump may cause water to surge at the faucet.

Clicking repeats every few seconds

Rapid clicking means the pump is starting too often. TLC checks the pressure tank, switch, controls, and the system for leaks.

The pump runs too long

A worn pump, leak, blocked pipe, heavy use, or well problem may keep the system from reaching the right pressure.

Sediment appears in the water

Grit may come from the well, pipes, or treatment equipment. TLC can check the system and help plan testing.

Water smells different

A hot-only odor may start in the water heater. An odor throughout the home may need water testing and treatment.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes an Indian Village well problem

TLC follows four simple steps to find the problem and complete the right repair.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks what changed first and whether you noticed weak pressure, fast cycling, sounds, or changes in the water.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, and filters.

  3. Find the cause

Tests show which part has failed and whether a leak is also causing trouble.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains what is wrong, answers your questions, and completes the repair needed to restore reliable water.

Notice the pattern before service begins

Four simple things to notice before you call

Describe what you notice at the faucets and around the pump equipment. TLC will inspect the system and find the problem.

01

Affected fixtures

Notice whether the change reaches the whole home, one floor, only hot water, or only fixtures after a treatment device.

02

Failure sequence

Recall the first sound, pressure change, outage, leak, or water-quality difference you noticed.

03

Equipment behavior

Listen for fast clicks, humming, shaking, long runs, or silence when the pump should run.

04

Recent changes

Think about storms, power loss, freezing, plumbing work, filter service, or heavy water use.

Indian Village well-service questions

What to know before TLC comes to the property

Can TLC respond after hours to a private-well outage in Indian Village?

Yes. TLC offers 24/7 emergency response for urgent failures on an existing private-well system. Call (574) 314-2447 and describe whether every fixture is dry, whether breakers have tripped, and whether any water is leaking.

Can weak pressure come from something other than the pump?

Yes. The problem may be the pressure tank, switch, filter, softener, valve, pipe, leak, or well. TLC checks the full system before recommending pump work.

Could a pressure tank cause fast clicking?

Yes. A tank problem can make the pump start too often. A leak, switch, or control can cause the same sign, so TLC checks the full system.

What should I do if the pump breaker trips again?

Leave it off and call for service instead of resetting it again. The cause may be the wiring, controls, or pump. Repeated restarts can cause more damage and may not be safe.

How often should an Indian Village private well be inspected and tested?

Have the well system checked every year and sooner if the pressure, sounds, color, taste, or smell changes. Indiana health guidance also recommends a water test at least once each year.

Can TLC inspect the well before a home purchase?

Yes. TLC can check the equipment and how the system works. Buyers should also review the water-test results required for the sale.
