Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Steady water for a busy household

Pressure problems often appear when several fixtures run

A shower, washer, dishwasher, and outdoor faucet can reveal trouble that is easy to miss during lighter use. TLC checks how the pump, tank, pipes, well, and filters respond together.

Harris Township has established neighborhoods and newer homes with different pump controls, pressure systems, and water-treatment setups. TLC works through the actual equipment instead of using the same answer for every home.

You receive a clear explanation of what is holding back the water. TLC can repair the failed part and discuss a constant-pressure upgrade only when it fits the household’s needs.

Signs from showers, fixtures, and equipment

Six reasons Harris Township homeowners call TLC

You do not have to decide whether the pump, tank, or filter is at fault. Describe the change and TLC will test the right parts.

Water stops throughout the home

A Harris outage can start with the electrical supply, controls, pump, tank, underground line, or well. TLC checks each likely cause.

One area has weak flow

A branch line, valve, filter, fixture, or leak may explain why one floor or building has less water. A second floor or fixtures past a filter may show the change before the rest of the home.

Pressure swings up and down

Surging water in a Harris home can point to the pressure tank, switch, gauge, controls, pump, or changing demand elsewhere on the property.

The breaker keeps tripping

Leave the Harris well breaker off if it trips again. A wire, control, motor, or pump problem needs to be checked before more resets cause damage.

The system makes new sounds

Humming, shaking, banging, or repeated clicking at a Harris home gives TLC a useful clue. The sound can come from several connected parts.

Water leaves stains or smells

Orange marks, cloudy glasses, sediment, or a sulfur smell in Harris should be tested. TLC uses the results to explain useful treatment choices.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Ask what changed

TLC asks when the problem began, what happens when you use water, and whether it affects the whole home.

  2. Check the system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, water lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Find the problem

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is making it worse.

  4. Explain and fix it

TLC explains what was found, answers your questions, and completes the repair you approve.

Everyday details that guide the visit

Notice what happens during the busiest water use

The timing of a pressure drop can tell TLC a great deal. You only need to share what you saw, heard, or smelled when the problem appeared.

01

How far it reaches

Tell TLC whether the issue reaches the whole Harris home, only hot water, one floor, or another building on the property.

02

How the flow changes

Notice whether Harris water starts strong, fades during use, comes back after a rest, or surges while a fixture is open.

03

Sounds near the equipment

Clicking, humming, banging, or a nonstop pump at a Harris home can help TLC choose the first checks.

04

Recent work or weather

Mention power trouble, digging, freezing, plumbing work, filter service, or heavier water use at the Harris property.

Harris Township well-service questions

Clear answers for common well and water problems

Does TLC offer 24/7 well repair in Harris Township?

Yes. Call (574) 314-2447 when a Harris home has no water, the pump will not stop, the breaker keeps tripping, or another well problem cannot wait.

Does no water always mean the pump failed?

No. A Harris home can lose water because of a switch, tank, wire, control, supply line, or well problem. TLC checks the system before recommending a new pump.

Would a constant-pressure system help our home?

It may help a household with changing demand, but TLC first checks for a weak tank, clogged filter, leak, or worn pump. An upgrade should solve the right problem.

Can TLC fix weak pressure without replacing the pump?

Often, yes. The cause at a Harris property may be the tank, switch, filter, pipe, valve, leak, or well. TLC finds what limits the flow before discussing replacement.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, or a sulfur smell?

Yes. TLC can check the Harris well system and help arrange a water test. Results show whether a filter, softener, purification system, or chlorination may help.

How often should a Harris Township private well be checked?

Have Harris well equipment inspected each year. Call sooner after a change in pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor. Indiana also recommends a water test every year.
