Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Local help when your water changes

TLC checks the full system so you get the right repair

A water problem can start in the pump, tank, switch, pipes, well, or treatment equipment. TLC checks the connected parts so the repair solves the real issue.

A complete outage does not always mean the pump failed. TLC also checks the switch, tank, wiring, water line, and well before replacing equipment.

TLC is based on Brick Road in South Bend and serves homeowners throughout the area. You get a local team that knows well systems, explains the problem clearly, and focuses on the repair your home needs.

Signs your South Bend well system needs attention

Six signs that your South Bend well system needs help

Simply tell TLC what happens when you turn on the water. Our technician will work out which part needs attention.

No water at any fixture

TLC checks the power, controls, pump, tank, water line, and well to learn why the whole home lost water.

Pressure fades during normal use

If pressure fades during a shower or laundry, TLC checks the tank, pump, pipes, filters, well, and the system for leaks.

The pump starts too often

A pump that starts every few seconds can wear out early. TLC checks the tank, switch, controls, and possible leaks.

A breaker trips or the pump hums

Do not keep resetting a breaker that trips again. The motor, wiring, controls, or pump may need repair.

Faucets spit air or surge

Air that keeps coming back can point to the pump, water line, well level, or recent service work.

Water suddenly looks or smells different

Cloudy water, grit, stains, odd taste, or a new odor are reasons to test the water and check the system.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes a South Bend well problem

TLC follows four clear steps to find the problem and get the water working again.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks what changed, when it began, and where you notice the problem.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, and equipment that treats the water.

  3. Find the cause

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains the problem, reviews the repair, and completes the work needed to restore steady water.

A few useful details before the first call

Four simple things to notice before you call

There is no need to name the failed part. A few observations about the water and pump give TLC a useful starting point.

01

Coverage

Is one fixture affected, only the hot water, or every faucet and appliance in the home?

02

Pattern

Did the problem start at once, grow over time, or get worse during heavy water use?

03

Noise

Listen for fast clicks, humming, running water, or a pump that starts too often or runs too long.

04

Context

Think about power loss, storms, freezing, digging, flooding, plumbing work, or recent well service.
