Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Local help when your water changes

TLC checks the full system so you get the right repair

The trouble may come from the pump, tank, switch, controls, water line, well, or treatment equipment. TLC checks each likely cause instead of guessing from one symptom.

TLC Well Service is based on Brick Road in South Bend, just west of Granger. We help homeowners throughout the 46530 area, including Clay and Harris townships and neighborhoods near State Road 23, Adams Road, Gumwood Road, and Cleveland Road.

Granger homes include older systems, newer equipment, and larger properties with long water lines. TLC checks what is actually wrong and recommends only the repair or treatment the home needs.

What changed at your Granger home?

Six signs that your Granger well system needs help

You do not have to know which part failed. Tell TLC what you see, hear, or feel when you use the water.

No water anywhere

The cause may be the power, controls, pump, tank, water line, or well. TLC checks the full system before replacing parts.

Pressure rises and falls

The tank, pump, pipes, filters, or well may not be keeping up with normal water use. A leak may also be involved.

Rapid clicking or short cycling

Fast cycling adds wear to the pump. TLC checks the tank, switch, controls, and system for hidden water loss.

Air or sputtering at faucets

A little air after plumbing work may clear on its own. Air that keeps coming back can point to the pump, well, or water line.

Color, grit, or staining

Cloudy water, grit, dark particles, or orange stains should be checked. The change may start in the well, pipes, or treatment equipment.

Odor or taste changes

A sulfur smell, metal taste, or musty odor is a reason to test the water. Results help TLC guide the right treatment.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes a Granger well problem

TLC follows four clear steps to find the problem and get the water working again.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks what changed, when it began, and where you notice the problem.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, and water treatment equipment.

  3. Find the cause

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains the problem, reviews the repair, and completes the work needed to restore steady water.
