Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Restore water where the property needs it

TLC checks the house, branches, and main well equipment

One well may serve a home, barn, shop, livestock waterer, or outdoor faucet. A leak or restriction in one branch can look like a larger pump problem.

Locke Township includes rural Nappanee-area properties where water use can shift from the house to chores and outbuildings. TLC checks when pressure falls and which area is affected first.

You learn what failed and how the repair will restore water. If the system also needs maintenance or better pressure storage, TLC explains that separately.

Water problems across a working property

Six Locke Township well warnings TLC handles

Tell TLC where the problem begins and what happens during chores. Those details help find a branch issue, pressure problem, or main-system failure.

Water stops without warning

TLC checks the electrical supply, controls, pump, tank, line, and well when a Locke home suddenly loses water.

One part of the property is weak

A branch line, valve, filter, small pipe, or leak can limit only one area. A barn line, shop valve, or long run may be weak even when the main home still has some water.

Pressure rises and falls

Surging at a Locke fixture can point to the tank, switch, controls, pump, or water being used somewhere else.

The breaker trips again

Leave the Locke well breaker off after another trip. A wire, motor, control, or pump needs a safe check.

New sounds come from the system

Humming, banging, shaking, or repeated clicks at a Locke home can help TLC decide where to begin.

Water leaves marks or odor

Orange stains, cloudy glasses, sediment, or a sulfur smell in Locke should be tested before a treatment unit is chosen.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Talk about the change

TLC asks what you noticed, when it began, and what happens when water is used in the home.

  2. Check each likely part

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Confirm the cause

The results show which part is causing the problem and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and repair

TLC explains the findings, answers your questions, and completes the work you approve.

Clues from home and farm water use

Four details that help TLC start in the right place

There is no need to diagnose the pump yourself. Notice the affected places, pressure pattern, pump sound, and recent changes.

01

Affected rooms or buildings

Tell TLC whether the Locke issue reaches the whole home, one floor, an outdoor faucet, or a detached building.

02

The pressure pattern

Notice if Locke water starts strong, fades, surges, or comes back after the system rests.

03

Pump and switch sounds

Fast clicks, a steady hum, banging, or nonstop running at the Locke home gives TLC a helpful clue.

04

Recent work and weather

Mention freezing, storms, digging, plumbing work, filter service, or heavier water use around the Locke property.

Locke Township well-service questions

Answers for common well and water concerns

Can TLC respond to a Locke Township well emergency at night?

Yes. TLC provides 24/7 help when a Locke home has no water, the pump will not stop, or a breaker keeps tripping. Call (574) 314-2447.

Does a dry faucet mean the pump is bad?

Not always. A Locke outage can begin with a switch, tank, wire, control, line, or well. TLC checks the system before recommending a pump.

Can one well serve several buildings safely?

Many systems do. TLC checks the shared pump and tank, branch lines, valves, leaks, and total demand to see what the property needs.

Can low pressure be fixed without a new pump?

Yes, in many cases. A Locke tank, switch, valve, pipe, filter, softener, leak, or well may be limiting flow. TLC finds the cause first.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, taste, or odor?

Yes. TLC can check the Locke well system and help arrange testing. The results guide filters, softeners, purification, or chlorination.

When should a Locke Township well be inspected?

Plan a Locke equipment inspection each year. Call sooner if pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor changes. Indiana also recommends yearly well-water testing.
