Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

One restricted part can slow the whole house

TLC checks the path from the well to each fixture

The pump, tank, switch, pipes, filters, softener, valves, and well all affect the flow you feel. TLC compares pressure through the system to locate the problem.

Concord Township has older homes and new neighborhoods. Equipment layouts vary. Several bathrooms, appliances, irrigation, and treatment units can reveal trouble during busy use.

TLC explains what is holding back the water and what will fix it. A constant-pressure upgrade is discussed only after leaks, restrictions, and worn parts have been checked.

Warnings during daily household use

Six Concord Township water problems TLC can find

You do not have to decide whether the pump, tank, or filter is at fault. Describe the pattern and TLC will test the right parts.

All the faucets are dry

A full outage at a Concord home can come from the power, controls, pump, tank, line, or well. TLC checks each part before replacing equipment.

Pressure drops during use

The flow may start strong and fade during a shower or wash cycle. Several bathrooms, an irrigation zone, or treatment equipment can make the weak flow easier to notice.

The pump clicks too often

Fast starts at a Concord property can wear out the pump. TLC checks the tank, switch, controls, and system for lost pressure.

The pump keeps running

A nonstop Concord pump may be fighting a leak, weak part, low pressure, heavy demand, or a well that needs service.

Air comes from several faucets

Air that keeps returning in a Concord home may enter at the pump, supply line, well, or recent plumbing work.

The water looks or smells different

Stains, grit, cloudiness, odd taste, or a new odor in Concord water calls for the right test before treatment is selected.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Talk about the change

TLC asks what you noticed, when it began, and what happens when water is used in the home.

  2. Check each likely part

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Confirm the cause

The results show which part is causing the problem and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and repair

TLC explains the findings, answers your questions, and completes the work you approve.

Everyday details that guide the visit

Notice what happens during the busiest water use

The timing of a pressure drop can tell TLC a great deal. Share what you saw or heard when the problem appeared.

01

How far it reaches

Check whether the Concord problem affects every fixture, only hot water, one room, or water after a filter or softener.

02

When you first noticed it

Think about the first Concord warning. It may have followed a storm, power loss, freeze, repair, filter change, or heavy use.

03

What you hear

Listen from a safe spot for clicking, humming, shaking, long pump runs, or silence at the Concord equipment.

04

What changes the flow

Notice whether showers, laundry, a hose, or two fixtures make pressure worse at the Concord property.

Concord Township well-service questions

Answers for common well and water concerns

Can TLC respond to a Concord Township well emergency at night?

Yes. TLC provides 24/7 help when a Concord home has no water, the pump will not stop, or a breaker keeps tripping. Call (574) 314-2447.

Does a dry faucet mean the pump is bad?

Not always. A Concord outage can begin with a switch, tank, wire, control, line, or well. TLC checks the system before recommending a pump.

Would a constant-pressure system help our home?

It may help a home with changing demand. TLC first checks for a bad tank, clogged filter, leak, small pipe, or worn pump so the upgrade solves the right issue.

Can low pressure be fixed without a new pump?

Yes, in many cases. A Concord tank, switch, valve, pipe, filter, softener, leak, or well may be limiting flow. TLC finds the cause first.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, taste, or odor?

Yes. TLC can check the Concord well system and help arrange testing. The results guide filters, softeners, purification, or chlorination.

When should a Concord Township well be inspected?

Plan a Concord equipment inspection each year. Call sooner if pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor changes. Indiana also recommends yearly well-water testing.
