Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Steady water for the whole property

TLC checks demand, pressure storage, lines, and the well

Water used at a home, barn, shop, garden, or outdoor point can reveal different system problems. TLC checks where the pressure falls and what the pump does at the same time.

Clinton Township has rural homes and working properties where water demand can change through the day. A longer branch line or outdoor use may show a weak tank, leak, or pump problem before the house goes dry.

You receive a direct explanation of the cause and the work needed now. TLC also points out maintenance that can help prevent another interruption.

Signs from changing water demand

Six Clinton Township well problems TLC handles

Notice what happens during light use and busy use. The difference can point TLC toward the tank, pump, line, well, or a restricted treatment unit.

The home loses water

TLC checks more than the pump when a Clinton home goes dry. A switch, wire, tank, line, or well can cause the same outage.

Busy use causes weak pressure

Showers, laundry, chores, and outdoor water can expose a system problem. A barn faucet, garden line, or several fixtures may expose a pump, tank, well, or supply-line limit.

The pressure switch chatters

Repeated clicking at a Clinton tank can signal poor pressure storage, a weak switch, a leak, or water being used nearby.

The pump does not shut off

Stop a Clinton pump that runs after all fixtures are closed. TLC checks for leaks and trouble building pressure.

The water contains grit or color

Cloudy, rusty, or sandy-looking Clinton water may involve the well, pipes, heater, or treatment equipment. Testing helps sort it out.

A new taste or odor appears

A metal taste, musty smell, or sulfur odor in Clinton deserves a water test and a check of the treatment system.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Talk about the change

TLC asks what you noticed, when it began, and what happens when water is used in the home.

  2. Check each likely part

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Confirm the cause

The results show which part is causing the problem and whether another issue is adding to it.

  4. Explain and repair

TLC explains the findings, answers your questions, and completes the work you approve.

Clues from normal chores

Tell TLC what changes when more water is used

You are not expected to diagnose the system. A simple pressure pattern and the places affected are enough to begin the visit.

01

Whole home or one fixture

Check more than one Clinton faucet. This shows whether the problem is broad or limited to one room.

02

Light use or busy use

Notice whether Clinton pressure falls only when several fixtures or an outdoor connection run at the same time.

03

Equipment behavior

From a safe distance, note any Clinton clicking, humming, leaking, shaking, or pump that will not stop.

04

Water appearance and smell

Tell TLC about any new Clinton color, grit, cloudiness, taste, or odor. Testing can then focus on the right concern.

Clinton Township well-service questions

Answers for common well and water concerns

Can TLC respond to a Clinton Township well emergency at night?

Yes. TLC provides 24/7 help when a Clinton home has no water, the pump will not stop, or a breaker keeps tripping. Call (574) 314-2447.

Does a dry faucet mean the pump is bad?

Not always. A Clinton outage can begin with a switch, tank, wire, control, line, or well. TLC checks the system before recommending a pump.

Why does pressure fall during outdoor or livestock watering?

The combined demand may reveal a weak pump, small tank, restricted line, leak, or limited well flow. TLC checks the system while water is being used.

Can low pressure be fixed without a new pump?

Yes, in many cases. A Clinton tank, switch, valve, pipe, filter, softener, leak, or well may be limiting flow. TLC finds the cause first.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, taste, or odor?

Yes. TLC can check the Clinton well system and help arrange testing. The results guide filters, softeners, purification, or chlorination.

When should a Clinton Township well be inspected?

Plan a Clinton equipment inspection each year. Call sooner if pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor changes. Indiana also recommends yearly well-water testing.
