Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Start with the problem you can see

TLC checks the connected system instead of guessing

A dry faucet or pressure drop can begin with the pump, tank, switch, controls, supply line, well, or treatment equipment. Several parts can create the same warning sign.

Centre Township includes neighborhood homes and properties with more room between the well and the house. Some systems also support a garage, garden, or outdoor faucet. TLC follows the water through the setup that is actually on the property.

You get a plain explanation of what failed and the work needed to fix it. If one repair can restore dependable water, replacement is not treated as the automatic answer.

Signs the well system needs attention

Six problems TLC handles for Centre Township homeowners

You do not need to identify the bad part. Tell TLC what happens when you use water and whether the change affects the whole home.

The home has no water

TLC checks the power, controls, pump, pressure tank, water line, and well when every faucet in a Centre home is dry.

Pressure fades during use

A shower that starts strong and turns weak may point to the tank, pump, pipes, filters, well, or a hidden leak. Outdoor watering or a second building can make the drop easier to notice.

The pump starts too often

Fast clicking and short pump runs at a Centre home can come from a tank, switch, control, or leak. Early service can help protect the pump.

The pump will not stop

A Centre pump that runs after the water is off may be fighting a leak, worn part, pressure problem, or a well that cannot keep up.

Air spits from faucets

Air that keeps returning at a Centre home can come from the pump, supply line, well, or recent plumbing work. TLC checks where it enters the system.

Color, taste, or odor changes

Cloudiness, stains, grit, a metal taste, or a new smell in Centre calls for a system check and the right water test before treatment is chosen.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC checks and repairs your well system

The visit follows four clear steps. You get an answer you can understand and a repair based on what the system needs.

  1. Ask what changed

TLC asks when the problem began, what happens when you use water, and whether it affects the whole home.

  2. Check the system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, water lines, well, and treatment equipment.

  3. Find the problem

These checks show which part is causing the trouble and whether another issue is making it worse.

  4. Explain and fix it

TLC explains what was found, answers your questions, and completes the repair you approve.

Simple details that help TLC begin

Four things to notice before you call

There is no homework and no need to diagnose the system. A few everyday observations help TLC choose the best place to start.

01

Where it happens

Check whether every fixture has the same problem at the Centre home. Also check one room, any outbuilding, and water after a filter or softener.

02

When it began

Think about whether the Centre change was sudden, grew slowly, or appeared after a storm, power loss, freeze, repair, or filter change.

03

What the pump does

Listen for fast clicking, humming, shaking, long run times, or silence from the pump at the Centre home.

04

What makes it worse

Notice whether showers, laundry, outdoor use, or several fixtures running together make pressure fall in the Centre home.

Centre Township well-service questions

Clear answers for common well and water problems

Does TLC offer 24/7 well repair in Centre Township?

Yes. Call (574) 314-2447 when a Centre home has no water, the pump will not stop, the breaker keeps tripping, or another well problem cannot wait.

Does no water always mean the pump failed?

No. A Centre home can lose water because of a switch, tank, wire, control, supply line, or well problem. TLC checks the system before recommending a new pump.

Why does pressure fall when we use an outdoor faucet?

The pump, tank, pipes, filters, well, or total water demand may be limiting flow. TLC checks pressure while water is being used to find the cause.

Can TLC fix weak pressure without replacing the pump?

Often, yes. The cause at a Centre property may be the tank, switch, filter, pipe, valve, leak, or well. TLC finds what limits the flow before discussing replacement.

Can TLC help with stains, grit, or a sulfur smell?

Yes. TLC can check the Centre well system and help arrange a water test. Results show whether a filter, softener, purification system, or chlorination may help.

How often should a Centre Township private well be checked?

Have Centre well equipment inspected each year. Call sooner after a change in pressure, cycling, sound, color, taste, or odor. Indiana also recommends a water test every year.
