Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Start with what changed

TLC checks the full system instead of guessing

Dry faucets, pressure surges, fast cycling, air, sediment, and odor can have different causes. TLC checks the right parts and finds where the problem starts.

Osceola has established homes and newer growth along Lincolnway, Bittersweet Road, and Ash Road. Well equipment, plumbing, and treatment needs can vary from one home to the next.

You get a clear explanation of what failed and what it will take to fix it. TLC can also help with future maintenance, testing, or treatment needs.

Useful clues along the water path

Six signs that your Osceola well system needs help

You do not have to know which part failed. Tell TLC what changed and where you notice it.

The whole home has no water

The cause may be the breaker, controls, pump, tank, water line, or well. TLC checks the full system.

Pressure changes each time the pump runs

The tank, switch, pump, pipes, or a leak may cause one cycle to feel strong and the next one weak.

The system clicks when water is off

A leak, switch, valve, or pressure problem may make the pump start when no one is using water.

Faucets keep spitting air

Air that will not clear may come from the pump, supply line, well, or work recently done on the system.

Filters clog too quickly

Sediment may come from the well, pipes, or treatment equipment. TLC can check the system and help plan testing.

Hot and cold water smell different

An odor only in hot water may begin in the water heater. A smell at every faucet is a reason to test and treat the water.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes an Osceola well problem

TLC follows four clear steps to find the problem and get the system working again.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks when the change began and what you noticed in the water, pressure, or pump.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, filters, and other treatment equipment.

  3. Find the cause

The tests show which part is causing the trouble and whether another problem is involved.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains the best fix, answers your questions, and completes the work needed to restore water.

Help TLC see the same pattern you do

Four simple things to notice before you call

You do not need to diagnose the problem. Tell TLC what you see, hear, or feel when you use the water.

01

Scope

Notice whether the change affects every fixture, one floor, one building, only hot water, or only treated water.

02

Timing

Notice whether the change was sudden, grew over time, comes and goes, or gets worse during heavy use.

03

Pump behavior

Listen for clicks, humming, shaking, fast starts, long runs, or silence when the pump should be running.

04

Recent events

Think about storms, freezing, power loss, plumbing work, filter changes, digging, or heavy use.

Osceola private-well questions

Answers that begin with the water problem

Does TLC offer emergency well service in Osceola?

Yes. TLC provides 24/7 response for urgent well failures within the service area. Call (574) 314-2447 and explain whether the water stopped suddenly, pressure weakened first, or the equipment began behaving differently.

Why did all of the faucets go dry at once?

A whole-home outage can involve power, controls, the pump, a broken line, pressure equipment, or the well’s recovery. Dry faucets do not identify which part failed, so avoid repeated resets and have the connected system tested.

Can TLC help if my filters suddenly clog faster?

Yes. TLC can check the well, pipes, and treatment equipment to find where the material is coming from. A water test may also help when the color, taste, or smell has changed.

What causes pressure to surge?

The tank, switch, pump, pipes, or changing water use may cause pressure to rise and fall. TLC watches a full pump cycle to find the cause.

When should well water be tested?

Test once a year and after flooding, a new well, major repairs, or a clear change in taste, odor, color, or clarity. Use a certified lab.

Can TLC check the pump and treatment equipment?

Yes. TLC can check how the well system, filters, and softener work together. Water testing may also be needed when the water has changed.
