Outstanding Service and Support I woke up this morning to zero water pressure and expected the worst. I called their service line, and instead of immediately scheduling a costly visit, the technician patiently walked me through a step‑by‑step troubleshooting process. With his guidance, I was able to isolate the issue and fix it myself — no service call needed. It’s rare to find a company that first ensures that the correct problem is identified before scheduling a service call. His professionalism and willingness to help saved me time, money, and a lot of stress. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommended.

Was having pressure issues. They walked me through some things on the phone and then came out on Saturday. -1 degree outside. Found a broken fitting by the well pump. Very reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me a new pump that I didn’t need. I would call them anytime I have an issue. Thanks TLC

Highly recommend. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with the well over the phone on our initial call and patiently waited as I eventually did a temporary fix. On the service call to install a new tank and switch, they went above and beyond with an electrical issue, and even helped with a whole house water filter.

Very impressed with TLC Well Service. They came out on a Sunday in freezing cold temperatures to replace my well pump. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond expectations to solve my problem. They continued checking and exceeded expectations days after the job was done. I highly recommend TLC for any well service you need.

Start with the problem you can see

TLC checks the full system before replacing the pump

Weak pressure may come from the pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, filters, a leak, or the well. TLC checks each likely cause.

Lakeville-area properties may have long water lines, outbuildings, hydrants, or irrigation. Freezing and heavy outdoor use can also affect the system. TLC considers the whole property during the visit.

You get a clear answer about what is wrong and what repair makes sense. TLC also explains any upkeep, testing, or treatment that may help later.

Patterns that belong to the private system

Six signs that your Lakeville-area well needs help

Notice whether the problem affects one fixture or the whole property. TLC will use that clue to find the cause.

Every faucet goes dry

TLC checks the power, controls, pump, pressure tank, supply line, and well to find why water stopped throughout the home.

A distant fixture has weak pressure

Long pipes, hills, valves, leaks, and heavy use can reduce water at a barn, bathroom, or outdoor fixture.

The pump starts too often

Repeated starts can shorten the life of the pump. TLC checks the pressure tank, switch, controls, and system for leaks.

Water returns after a break

When pressure comes back after a rest, the tank, pump, pipes, or well may be falling behind during normal use.

Sand or cloudy water appears

The change may come from the well, plumbing, or treatment equipment. TLC can check the system and help plan testing.

Stains or odors appear

Changes in color, stains, taste, or smell are a reason to test the water before choosing treatment equipment.

What to expect from TLC

How TLC finds and fixes a Lakeville-area well problem

The visit follows four simple steps from the first questions through the completed repair.

  1. Ask about the problem

TLC asks when the change started and whether it affects the home, an outbuilding, or outdoor water.

  2. Check the well system

The technician checks the pump, tank, switch, controls, pipes, and other parts tied to the problem.

  3. Find the cause

Pressure and equipment tests show whether the cause is a worn part, leak, blocked line, or the well.

  4. Explain and make the repair

TLC explains what is wrong, reviews the repair, and completes the work needed for reliable water.

Four simple things to notice before you call

You do not need to know which part failed. Tell TLC what changed and when it happens.

01

Affected uses

Notice whether the change reaches the whole home, a barn, outdoor hydrants, irrigation, or only one fixture or branch.

02

Use pattern

Notice if showers, laundry, or outdoor watering make the pressure drop and whether it improves when water use stops.

03

Equipment behavior

Listen for fast starts, long runs, clicks, humming, or a pump that sounds different from before.

04

Recent change

Think about digging, freezing, power work, plumbing changes, storms, or heavy water use.

Lakeville private-well questions

Clear answers for common well-system problems

Does TLC provide 24/7 well repair near Lakeville?

Yes. TLC responds around the clock to urgent well failures in the Lakeville service area. Call (574) 314-2447 and explain whether the water stopped suddenly, pressure declined first, or the equipment began cycling or making noise.

What should I do when the pump keeps tripping its breaker?

Do not keep resetting it. A tripping circuit can point to an electrical fault, damaged control, wiring problem, or failing motor. Leave the equipment off if it will not stay on and arrange prompt testing.

Why does the water return after the system rests?

The pump, tank, pipes, or well may not be keeping up while water is in use. TLC runs the water and watches the system to find which part needs help.

Why is pressure weaker at an outbuilding?

Long pipes, hills, valves, leaks, freezing, and heavy use can reduce pressure. TLC can compare the outbuilding with the main system.

When should Lakeville-area well water be tested?

Test once a year and after flooding, major well work, or a clear change in color, taste, odor, or clarity. A home sale or new well may require more testing.

Can TLC replace an old private well pump near Lakeville?

Yes, when the old pump can no longer be repaired. TLC also checks the tank, controls, and well so the replacement pump fits the system and the needs of your home.
